For time:
25 Squats
25 Push-ups
25 Pull-ups
25 Sit-ups
50 Squats
50 Push-ups
50 Pull-ups
50 Sit-ups
75 Squats
75 Push-ups
75 Pull-ups
75 Sit-ups
Or
Overhead squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Front squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Back squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Try to increase the load on each of the fifteen sets.

Just to take a moment to brag...this morning I got a new PR for 1 rep max deadlift: 405 lbs. There was literally no room for clamps on the bar and Carter said it counts. (Self high-five)
Kyle, you've created a monster; we're gonna need a longer bar!

To Brain's further credit he hit 405 AFTER doing a tabata burbee/deadlift WOD with 225, so he probably did more than 30 dl's at 225 beforehand.

...he did more like 40-45 at 225# prior to the big one. great work, Brain. my suggestion is to not jerk ANYTHING while attempting 405#.
big ups to our other PR folks this morning. i know jackie and sril hit some... phil?
