woot woot! questions:

-can i do maybe 1:1 ATTEMPTED mu's (the pullup part) then add 2:1 banded full rom dips? i'd like to do a scaled version of the mu's that are closest to getting me to a real mu as possible.

-can i go in the first wave tonight? i'm supposed to be somewhere at 7p?

Dang, this one sounds kinda fun. I'll be back in business and (crossing my fingers) afebrile tomorrow! And hopefully not missing any more WOD's for the rest of the week - it's time to resurrect Finer Things Friday!
