We will have no morning classes this Saturday. We will meet at the Gym at 6:30 pm for a WOD and festivities. This will include a viewing of the CF documentary "Every Second Counts". Please post a comment to this if you plan to attend. If you are Paleo bring some paleo snacks. If you are not paleo bring whatever you like. Don't forget the beverage of your choice.

this works out so great for me, as i have to miss the a.m. wod b/c i am moving! i am so stoked to see this movie, and this will be an awesome motivator for the sectionals! :) thanks kyle!
