This is it, the moment you have been waiting for. It is the list if events for the challenge. We will start the first event at 5:45. Remember to bring the food and beverage of your choice. We will take up a collection and order pizza as well. In addition to FOSC, we will also announce the Paleo challenge winner! I look foward to seeing you tomorrow night.

Tomorrow night:
Bring non paleo food items and beverage of your choice. The event will kick off at 5:30. Also, Robyn is demanding that everyone bring a few bucks to throw in on pizza. Please post your favorite non chain pizza establishment to comments. The pizza with the most votes will be purchased tomorrow for the event. If you do not bring money you will watch us eat pizza.

5 Snatch Grip Deadlifts: 155/95
15 20" Box Jump

1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run

Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.
