Yes we usually start up around 6:30. Sometimes earlier depending on when you finish the WOD.

putman - need yr knowledge. i need some water/weatherproof gloves. y'all got somethin' in yo' stores? something i can do outdoor workouts and not get my hands wet... or, if anyone else has knowledge on this subject - feel free to chime in. gracias.

:o) I have a window from 4:30-5:40 before I have to pick up from daycare. Actually, upon reading that, perhaps not wise to come drink then pick up from daycare. The lawyer in me advises myself against that....
