    We will have a special guest speaker Feb. the 6th. Make plans to be in attendance.
  • Next Paleo Zone Challenge
    The next nutrition challenge will be starting in mid-January!
  • FREE SATURDAY SESSION
    Come by the gym on Saturday to see what is going on. You can try out the equipment or take part in our 8:00 am class. The gym is open from 8-11 every Saturday. Please e-mail us if you plan on stopping in. We look foward to meeting you.

The Trainer

  • Kyle Deneke is a CrossFit Level 1 Certified Trainer. He is a member of the Alabama High School Athletic Coaches Association and has coached competitive athletics at both the high school and junior high level. Kyle is also certified by the American Heart Association in CPR.
