i ran a 10k, and so did dave. i didn't get a pr, but wasn't really trying. i ran a little faster than vulcan, and i had a good solid race overall. i felt good physically and mentally. i'll post my time tomorrow. be prepared to be sore for a few days!

did the usual cfr warmup...samson, spider, good mornings, pushups, squats, 400m run. 11:08 on the walking lunges. ouch! knee to ground on each. prolly coulda pushed harded, but it hurt! then ran 2 or so miles of hills.
